I am shocked by these reviews! The park has been open since 1996 and this is a first. I wasn't gonna respond but, after working with you, it's just shocking. We take pride in keeping a nice and safe park. As far as fixing something what are you talking about? Oh, we did have to repair the broken washer connect you broke when you flooded the hall way the day you moved out. Thanks for that. We also have a maintenance man on site. Killing animals and being robbed, what's that about? There is a NO pet policy in the park and I love animals. I've got two beautiful dobermans. Writing a bad and untrue review because you were evicted is pretty sad. We treat people the way we want to be treated and care about everyone. As a matter fact, caring makes it hard as a land lord to evict someone. Especially when you've worked with them over and over again and considers their family, the kids switching schools, parents buying new uniforms, paying to have mobile homes moved, and things like that. So, no honey trust me we care a little too much if that' s such a thing. Being disrespectful isn't something that I am. Now because I was disrespected by the both of you, you had to go! I don't have to tolerate that and I will not tolerate it. Writing bad reviews because you could no longer take advantage of my kindness is ridiculous and unbelievable. I understand freedom of speech and opinions but, writing something bad and false to deter someone from moving in is just horrible. As far as a pedophile, check the address and you'll find none. We wish the both of you bitter guys and your families well and hope that you are doing well. Too bad you didn't share why you were evicted and how many times we've been more than fair with your situations and hardships. You also didn't share how you harassed your neighbors by being noisy, asking for gas money, asking for baby sitters, selling items, etc. The list goes on but it isn't my intention to defame your character or make you look bad. By the way, no one offers free rent and when you don't abide by the rules that you signed in a rental agreement you have to go and find somewhere else to reside. I wonder if you can shop at a store and not pay for 3 months. I wonder if you can go to a hotel and say," I'm not working right now but, I'll pay when I can." Or go to the CEO of Cleco's residence when you're behind with a spouse and say, I'm out of options and can't pay?!? As far as party rentals, I don't recall servicing you dear and that has nothing to do with Silver Maple Mobile Home Park. Defaming our character is pretty low. We're drug free and I personally don't drink much. It's very rare that you'd catch me with a cocktail. My husband does drink occasionally and drinks in the privacy of our home and has never been stopped by local law enforcement for drinking and driving because he doesn't drive when he chooses to drink. One of the nicest and best run trailer parks in the area. The owners obviously have high standards and make this a very nice place to live.
Very clean mobile home park. I lived next to here when I was a child. It's easily the nicest park I've ever seen. The rent is reasonable and the grounds are very nice. No rift raft.
Well me and my wife and our kids have been living here for a little over 9 months and I have to say that it was a great choice to move here, it peaceful, neighbor's are great it's always clean and everything's always taken care of, the land Lord and his family are amazing people. I would highly recommend to anyone looking.
